Terms and Conditions

Order placement

Legal ownership of the product distributed by Mayne & Foss will only be transferred to the customer once payment has been received by Mayne & Foss.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours. No orders or deliveries will be processed on public holidays or weekends; these will be administered on the next available day.

Product orders over the value of $3,000NZD and within a 30km radius of the Mayne & Foss distribution centre in Auckland can be delivered free of charge by Mayne & Foss. Before placing the order with a Mayne & Foss employee, this must be discussed.

Pick up orders from Mayne & Foss is acceptable, but only if pre-arranged with a staff member.

Mayne & Foss is not responsible for damage to any product caused during shipment. Please contact a staff member to file a claim for a product that you believe to be damaged during shipment.

All claims must be made within seven days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Residential or Business addresses must be used for delivery addresses only.

All products supplied by Mayne & Foss will be under the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery, even if the products supplied are under a consignment stock agreement.

Back orders

Back-ordered items will be available at a price quoted initially. This means that if a price increase were to occur when the new product landed, you would still receive the old, cheaper price, in the number of units back-ordered only.

Back-ordered items will be given an ETA to the customer once an order is placed. The ETA is only an estimation; a confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the product is available and ready to ship.

The customer must reply and confirm that they are still happy to receive the back-ordered product before shipping from Mayne & Foss.

Product Returns

Mayne & Foss will only accept a return of the product if the customer contacts Mayne & Foss first and is granted a right to return the product. A request to return the product will only be issued to customers where a reason for return is determined as ‘reasonable’ by Mayne & Foss.

An example of a reasonable right to return may be, for example, a manufacturer defect for a product sold by Mayne & Foss. Mayne & Foss reserves the right to reject all attempted returned products if Mayne & Foss has not agreed to accept the returned products first.

The customer has a right to return any purchased product within 30 days of the original sale, only if the product is in ‘new’ condition, deemed as ‘new’ only by Mayne & Foss.

Definition of ‘new’ condition will be considered for the following reasons:

- The product is unopened from its packaging and is undamaged

- The packaging is in its original condition

- Includes any and all parts and accessories
